Single Session



Single Visit sessions now available – Get out of hibernation and start getting back into fitness.

Single sessions are the best way to experience SpratanBCPT Fitness – Fitness for all levels beginner to elite.

Boxing on Mondays – 6pm Tuggeranong ( 45 Min class )

Mix Fitness Thursday – 6pm Tuggeranong (45 Min Class )

Mix Fitness Saturday – 7am Lake Burly Griffin (45 Min Class )

Please arrive 15mins prior to session to complete or pre-exercise screening form. Don’t forget your towel & water bottle !!
